Friday 7AM Update
Out on Pensacola Beach we have cloudy skies. Wind is out of the northwest blowing around 15-20 mph. Water temp is in the low 60s with murky conditions. Surf is running in the thigh to waist high range with some bigger sets. Waves will drop throughout the day.A moderate to strong westerly to northwesterly flow will prevail over the marine area through today behind a passing cold front. A light to moderate offshore flow is expected this weekend. Winds are forecast to increase again Sunday night through early next week as another low pressure system and associated cold front move across the region.
